World Cup Subscription Services

The users will have the option to either subscribe to SMS or Video alerts. Two types of subscription are available at Rs. 25+tax:

1. Pool subscription: Valid from 19th February till 20^th March 2011, where the user will receive alerts for the 42 matches played during this period

2. Finals Subscription: Valid from 21^st March till 2nd April 2011 and the user will receive alerts for quarter finals and onwards

World Cup SMS Alerts

To avail this service, users will have to SMS ‘CKT’ to 4928. The subscriber will receive SMS messages on start of match (Toss result), wicket update, half century and century, end of match result and the man of the match. Once subscribed, the user will receive a Confirmation Message from 4928 saying; “Thank you for subscribing to Mobilink Cricket World Cup Group Matches SMS Alerts. To unsubscribe, SMS “UNSUB” to 237@ Rs.1+tax”

Wicket Video Alerts

To avail this service, users will have to SMS ‘CKTV’ to 4929. Once subscribed, the user will receive a WAP link every time a wicket falls during a match. The charges for this subscription will be Rs. 20+tax per subscription.

SMS Ball by Ball updates

Cricket scores/updates will also be available on power tools/SMS. Customers can pull the information any time either by accessing power tools menu on their SIM or by sending CKT directly to short code 300. Normal power tools charges will apply @ Rs. 2 + Tax per SMS.

World Cup Cricket Portal

Through this service, the user will be able to get information about the World Cup services on his phone @ Rs. 2 + Tax. To access this service, users will need to SMS CKP to 300 @ Rs. 2 + Tax/SMS. The validity of this service will be from 19^th February till 2^ndApril, 2011. The following information will be available:

Live Score: The user will receive live match score during the match. If there is no match taking place on that day, the user will receive a match schedule.
World Cup SMS Alerts: The user gets a “Subscription Services Menu” from 237
World Cup Match Schedule: User will receive the match schedule for the day
News: The user can access cricket news from this option
Records: The user can get batting and bowling records of the players
Team Points: Team points (pool-wise) will be available here, after every match

Un-subscription Process:

To unsubscribe from any of the above subscribed services, customer will SMS “UNSUB” to 237@ Re. 1+Tax. Your un-subscription request will be processed within 24 hours.
